The 25th annual BHF Conference – 4-8 July 2026

CONFERENCE THEME
This year’s theme, Facing headwinds – thriving in the unknown, captures the urgency, resilience, and ingenuity that define the sector at a time of profound change.

The theme recognises that the sector is operating in a period of economic pressure, policy uncertainty, rising healthcare costs, shifting disease burdens and increasing system complexity. Yet it also reflects the resilience of healthcare organisations that continue to adapt, make difficult decisions, protect member value and build more sustainable models of care. Thriving in the unknown is not about ignoring uncertainty. It is about leading through it with courage, evidence, innovation and collaboration.
